Key Responsibilities:
Operating embroidery and print machines.
Maintain a strong focus on quality by implementing and enforcing high standards for embroidery and printing work, conducting regular quality checks, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing their needs, always providing exceptional service and at the foremost 110% customer service.
Working to tight deadlines with your team mates, good communication skills essential
To ensure all orders are completed correctly, efficiently and on time.
Key skills and requirement:
• embroidery machine experience
• Computer literate
• An enthusiastic, friendly personality
• Basic numeracy and Literacy
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with high attention to detail.
• Printing machine experience preferred but not essential (training will be provided)
Hours
8hrs per day Monday- Friday
Part-time hours will be considered.

Salary: £11.50-£13.50 per hour depending on experience

Yet again Due to rapidly expanding We are looking for a Heat Transfer Operator to join our team! Ideal candidates will have worked in apparel heat transfer operations and using embrodery machines, but this is not required. In this role you will will contribute to the operation of our Printers and heat press machines this will include Printing logos onto transfer vinyl, weeding out logos, checking customer job sheets for logo information, selecting the relevant machine settings, applying logos through heat application and finalising garments ready for packing.
Responsibilities:
- Be comfortable operating machinery
- Producing garments such as t-shirts and hats with company logos and messaging
- Set up jobs in computer to print
- Weeding out logos ready for garments
- Preparing garment on heat press plate
- Positioning logos to meet specific customer needs
- Applying heat pressure via handle
- Attention to detail of the finished product
- Maintenance of equipment
- Maintain clean & tidy workspace
- Be Highly Organised and Self-Motivated
- Perform tasks by following instructions and adhere to all safety rules without exception.
- Effectively communicate with other team members
- Packaging and preparing packages to be shipped.
Preferred Skills:
- Organisational and time management
- Able to take instruction
- Self-motivated
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to work within tight deadlines
- I.T literate
- Have a clear and good vision to see the print quality, colors, and registration
- Have good touch and feel
- Reliable transportation

Contracted Hours
Working Hours between 9am – 5pm Mon-Friday
Self employed basis to start with once trial ends (3month) we would offer an employed role
Salary:
£10 – £11 Per Hour to start with
