General Questions

How do i upload my logo / design
You can upload your logo via the product page in the options, and now you can also upload your logo in the basket page as well. you can also on all products skip this section and forward your logo / design to us via email. if you experiance any issues with this please get in touch with us we are happy to help.
I have placed an order but not received confirmation email.
If your order has gone through successfully, you will receive an email with invoice and confirmation sometimes due to the PDF invoice being attached some email clients treat this as spam and is most likely ended up in your spam/junk folder. sometimes your email may bounce back, should this be the case then we would contact you via phone. We are always here to help, so if you have any issues then please do get in touch.
How long will my order take?
Most of our products are  3-5 working day turnaround from artwork approval. If the order is a reprint then no artwork approval is required. Customised Workwear/clothing orders lead times are 10-14 working days excluding weekends Expected delivery times may also be affected during periods of high order volume.
Which artwork formats do you accept
we can accept most formats including pdf, .psd, .ai, .eps, jpeg, .png or tiff. However to avoid additional artwork charges, we require an .eps ,pdf or ai file (vectored). Click here to see more on artwork guidlines
I can not see what I’m looking for. Do you supply it?
Most likely! currently we are still adding products to our website, should you not see what you are looking there is a high probability we will supply it. If you need help with your order, you can contact one of our helpful, informative and friendly team anytime between 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (9am to 1pm on a Saturday) via phone or email.
What is your returns policy?
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items. Plain garments can usually be returned for free (depending on circumstances) for a replacement or a full refund, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied. If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
Will I receive an artwork proof?
We always produce a proof for new logos and designs to ensure you are completely happy with how everything looks prior to production being carried out. Our artwork team will look to proof out all orders within 24 working hours of orders being placed. You will receive your artwork proof via email. Your artwork must be approved before any production can be carried out. Please check your proof carefully as we will not be responsible for errors once artwork has been approved by the customer for production.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders over £125. A small charge of £7.99 is added to orders under this. This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle of Man, where the total delivery charge for these areas is £20, and delivery may take 2 business days.  We currently use Parcelforce OR DPD as our main carriers.
I only have the logo that’s on my website can you work with that?
Yes we can however it may need to be redrawn to remove the blurred edges into an .eps file. This usually costs around £15 upwards depending on the complexity of the logo/design. Included in this service we will provide you will all the correct files for future use.

Workwear Questions

Why do you only do print on the backs of T-shirts and Polos
There are a few reasons for which we do not offer embroidery on the backs of t-shirts or polos, due to the weight of the garments material the embroidery is heavy and can pull down on the neck making the item feel uncomfortable. the second reason is again down to the material and the number of stitches this can cause the logo to curl up after washing and look untidy. Most professional companies will not offer this service to ensure the quality and comfort of the items provided.
Do you provide a clothing visual
We create a visual for ALL orders for clothing/workwear for approval, please note we will not put the order into production unless you approve this, please check this thoroughly as once approved you accept all responsability for any issues. If you are a returning customer please let us know if you want to use an existing design as this will place your order in production faster
I have a plastic film on my embroidery
This film is used to create a smooth surface to give clearer embroidery. Stitches won't sink into the fabric, giving a crisp definition and detail to your logo. Usally we would remove this before we send out but some parts may remain, this will completely dissolve  after the first wash or with warm water.
How do i look after my workwear
To ensure your garments stay looking like new please follow the instructions below (these will be included in your workwear)
  • Wash your garments inside out
  • Wash on a low temperature (30-40 degrees)
  • DO NOT tumble dry
  • Iron garments inside out
  • Avoid using strong detergents/stain removers

What is the set up fee for
The set up fee is a one of charge for our proffesional team to turn your logo/design into a stitch ready format called digitalising or into a vectored logo for printing. this fee is per design and is one of so repeat orders using the same logo or design this fee will not apply. How long does workwear order take
Depending on the amount of workwear ordered usally embroidered items take 10-14 working days to complete and printed items between 7-10 workings days, please note that the time frame is based from artwork approval (artwork is created within 48hrs from ordering) Please note these can time frames can vary depending on work load usally October - November is extremly busy months.
Where can I find size guides?
Due to the fact we stock items from a wide range of suppliers we do not have one generic size guide on our site. However we generally provide a size guide per brand on the product page in the description. Alternatively please visit this page Clothing Size Guides
Do you provide clothing samples?
Samples of all our products are available. Due to the high cost of administration, samples are charged in full but can either be used in a future order or be returned without a restock charge.
