I have placed an order but not received confirmation email.

If your order has gone through successfully, you will receive an email with invoice and confirmation sometimes due to the PDF invoice being attached some email clients treat this as spam and is most likely ended up in your spam/junk folder. sometimes your email may bounce back, should this be the case then we would contact you via phone.
